I will support and motivate your journey to a better version of yourself with my heart and full commitment.
How I started working out
At the age of 13, I struggled with obesity. I exercised, tried diets, starved myself, and even overate. After 4 years, I managed to lose weight, but the yo-yo effect hit me soon after. It wasn't until I was 21 that, with the help of a trainer, I delved into the world of bodybuilding. Since then, I have continuously improved both physically and mentally, and I help others on their journey to fitness and health.
About me
When I'm not in the gym, I develop my love for music by playing the electric guitar or drums. And if you don't find me with a guitar in my hand, I'm probably on a walk in nature or in a sauna.
